8 months old!

Our baby boy turned 8 months old this weekend! Trey is 20 pounds 3.2 ounces and 28.5 inches long! He is growing up so fast, feeding himself all kinds of finger foods and rolling to try to get where he wants to go. He'd like to crawl but hasn't figured it out yet...he gets on his tummy and moves his arms and legs like crazy but doesn't move much, I'm sure it won't be much longer before he is really on the move! Trey and Daddy ready for church!

I just had to post these photos of Chloe, she decided to take a nap in the pot of our hibiscus tree on the screened porch. She looked so cute and slept there for a couple of hours.

Trey's first Halloween

Halloween was a great day for us...it was so beautiful outside, we went to the park and then carved Trey's first Jack-0-lantern. Trey loved showing off his new "Billy Bob" pacifier, we went out to lunch and the hostess thought he was so cute that she hugged Mommy! Later that night we went to the Fall Festival at church and our family won the "cutest costume"!

Bath time!

Trey still loves bath time, he has since he was a tiny baby. He is really flipping over and rolling a lot so we have to keep our eyes on him when he is on the bed...notice that the comforter on our bed is missing the duvet cover...Trey decided to christen it for us when we undressed him for his bath...the joys of having a baby boy!

7 months old!

Our baby is 7 months old! He weighed 19 pounds 10 ounces and was 28 inches long on 10/15/08! Growing so fast!!! He is not crawling yet but rolls to get where he wants to go and to try to get the dog. He doesn't have the sippy cup down yet but we are working on it, he chews on the spout. Cheers!

I'm a good eater!

I love to eat my food, but get kind of messy sometimes...I think I am big enough to help Mommy feed me and try to grab the spoon.

Mommy helped the City of Raleigh with flu shots a few days this month, I was so happy when she got home!

This morning Trey was playing on his playmat and Miss Sophie decided she wanted to join him...she plopped right down next to him and put her head on his Boppy. Trey loves Sophie so much, he started rubbing her, he is suprisingly gentle with her. We are working on Sophie loving Trey...she has some trust issues now that he is rolling around and reaching more.

We got a new camera today and were trying it out...the date was set to do day/month/year...I just changed that, we aren't in Europe!

It is such a beautiful day today, we went to the park and Trey enjoyed the swing...of course we didn't have the new camera yet so did not get any pictures this time. He is so pretty that he got called a girl again today!

6 months old taken at my friend, Braxton's first birthday party. I had my first taste of birthday cake...just a smidge!

6 months old

Mommy & Daddy cannot believe that I am 6 months old...where has the time gone? I now have 2 teeth on the bottom as you can see in this photo. I have beautiful blonde curls on top of my head and am starting to grow back the hair that I rubbed off of the back of my head! I eat all kinds of food, I think sweet potatoes are my favorite; and I can sit up all by myself if someone helps me get there. At my check-up I weighed 18 pounds 9.6 ounces and was 27 3/8 of an inch long! Mom dropped our camera so it is not working and she just now found our old one to be able to take pictures. At my friend Braxton's 1 year birthday party on Saturday a photographer took some pictures of me so hopefully she will have those to post soon!
