Our Prayers for Our Son

We pray that Trey would confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and that he would believe in his heart that You have raised Christ from the dead. Cause Trey to call on Your name, Lord, and save him. (from Romans 10:9-13)

That Trey's love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight so the he may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of rightousness that comes through Jesus Christ. (from Phillipians 1:9-11)

Let Trey grow as Jesus did, in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men. (from Luke 2:52)

Help us to train Trey in the way he should go so when he is old he will not turn from it. (from Proverbs 22:6)

Thank-you for loving Trey so much that You gave Your one and only Son that when Trey believes in Him he will not perish but have everlasting life. (from John 3:16)

Trip to Meet Family

Trey took his first road trip the second weekend in April. First we stopped in Concord and he met Great-grandma Hattie and Great-grandpa Curt. He is so fortunate that he not only has grandparents but also great-grandparents!
Next we went to Tennessee and Trey met Granny for the first time!
This is Trey with cousin Damian at Granny & Aunt Angel's shop...Mommy was next door getting her first professional pedicure since she was pregnant:)
Pa & Nanna were also in Tennessee visiting Damian, Aunt Angel, Unlce Timmy and Aunt Samantha. Here's Pa with his grandsons. Trey is tired of waiting for Mom and is ready to eat!
Then we all went to Dollywood, here's Mommy and Trey looking at the bald eagles.
Trey quickly got bored at Dollywood...he was too short to ride any rides, so he went to sleep in his stroller.
After we left Tennessee we stopped in Boonville, NC to meet Great-grandpa & Great-grandma Jones. They thought Trey was a "doll baby" (that is what Grandpa always calls Mommy too!)

Trey Meets Cousin Will

Bobby's cousin Jamie with his son Will, Bobby, and Trey. Will is 2 months older than Trey and we are sure that they will be big buddies growing up...just like their Dads are! We are so glad to have a cousin close by!

First Trip to the Fire Station

Proud Daddy with Trey and RFD Engine 27. Trey even wore a fire dept. shirt to show off to the guys!
