Our Prayers for Our Son

We pray that Trey would confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and that he would believe in his heart that You have raised Christ from the dead. Cause Trey to call on Your name, Lord, and save him. (from Romans 10:9-13)

That Trey's love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight so the he may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of rightousness that comes through Jesus Christ. (from Phillipians 1:9-11)

Let Trey grow as Jesus did, in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and men. (from Luke 2:52)

Help us to train Trey in the way he should go so when he is old he will not turn from it. (from Proverbs 22:6)

Thank-you for loving Trey so much that You gave Your one and only Son that when Trey believes in Him he will not perish but have everlasting life. (from John 3:16)

Memorial Day Weekend

We went to the beach with our friends the Ellis family. This was Mom & Dad's 3rd year going with them...this year was a little different for all of them with me and Braxton there! Braxton is 6 months older than me. Here's Braxton with his Mom & Dad...

Me & Dad on the beach

My Dad is so handsome!
I love to cuddle with Mommy in the mornings, I am such a happy guy when I wake up!
Check out my swim trunks that Aunt Janet bought me! I like wearing my shades too. We went out for a boat ride...I fell asleep.

Bumbo

Dad & Mom bought me a Bumbo and I feel very grown up sitting in it. I makes it easier to suck on my fingers and hang out with my doggie, Sophie!

This is a pretty rose that Mom and I cut out of our garden

2 months old

I went for my check-up on my 2 month birthday. I weighed 12 pounds 9.6 oz. and was 24 1/4 inches long. I am getting so big!

I love my swing and often take naps in it.

More photos from the last several weeks!

Dad and I love hanging out in our jammies in the evenings.

It took 4 weeks for my cord stump to fall off so I could not be submerged in the bath for a long time...it took some getting used to. I love it now but was not too happy the first time! But I have loved having my hair washed from day one, it calms me!

Smiles!

Mommy has been very slack about doing my posts! I learned how to smile over a month ago and she has not put any pictures up yet! Here are my first "real" smiles (before I only smiled in my sleep or when I was straining to toot!). As you can see I am pretty good at it and getting better all the time as seen in the top photo!

Our First Mother's Day

Mommy was very excited to be able to stand up with all of the other mothers at church this year! It was a little cool so I wore my "little man" outfit with a sweater vest...I'll outgrow it soon. Here's me and Mom after church.
