18 Months Old

We cannot believe that our baby is 18 months old. He weighed in at 29 pounds 4 ounces and was 34 1/2 inches long at his check-up! He is going to be a tall boy...just like Daddy! These are his precious 18 month pictures that we had taken a couple of days ago, Mommy just can't bring herself to cut those blonde curls yet! The pictures of Mommy and Trey weren't planned (she would have worn something other than jeans and a t-shirt!) but they turned out cute.

Hilton Head Trip

We had a wonderful vacation to the Disney Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC the first week of this month. Grammy, Papa, and Aunt Janet joined us for the first 3 nights and it was just our little family the rest of the week. We had a great time full of the beach, bike rides, the pool, and Trey even went to his first campfire! It was a week of relaxing family time.

We have had so much going on over the last several months that I have not kept up with the blog...some things good, some things sad, but we are not going to get into it all. I am not going to try to "catch up", I'll just take it from here. Point is we are back and I promise to try to keep up better! Trey is really growing up and is a handful...into everything!!!

Trey's Second Easter

Bobby was at the fire station this year on Easter Sunday, he was able to get 2 hours off in order to come to the church service but had to go straight back to the station after the service. That said...Mommy had to try to get pictures of Trey in his Easter outfit by herself! He was bound and determined not to look at the camera that day...too enthralled by the grass! I did snap a few cute pics that show how adorable he looked though!

Trey woke up Saturday with some crazy looking hair! We just had to snap a few photos...Mommy also looked crazy so she decided to be the photographer!

Bath Time Fun

Trey loves the bath tub...it is rare that he does not have fun no matter how grumpy he is before he gets in!

Trey took his first series of steps last Saturday...about 3-4 in a row at a time. He's been doing that on and off all week but today he has really been practicing. He has been walking all day...the only problem is he gets so excited that he goes too fast and stumbles! This little guy is full of energy!
